That’s why we offer a flexible Return/Exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following guidelines to understand how we can assist you.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued as store credit only, after the item passes our quality check. It can be used for future purchases. No refunds to the original payment method.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product has been delivered.

Please note that orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted once an item has been exchanged.

Exchange Policy

We accept Exchanges within 4 days of receiving your order only after quality check once the product is received.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please contact us within the 4-day period.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

Sale/Discounted items are final, non exchangeable and non-refundable.
